1. Who is the organiser?
· TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Administrator”) is managing this “Beli-Beli. Cuti-Cuti.” promotion (“Promotion”) and responsible for the redemption of the Hotel Cash Vouchers under this Promotion.
· Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is the ("Promoter”) for “Beli-Beli. Cuti-Cuti” promotion.
2. How do I take part in the promotion?
A. Visit participating Lotus’s stores or Lotus’s Shop Online and spend over a qualifying amount of RM200 in a single receipt.
B. Scan the QR code found in-stores or via Lotus’s social media or visit the promotional website that is managed by the Administrator at https://www.belibelicuticuti.com.
C. Fill in your personal details via the participation form and upload your receipt. Entries will be verified within five (5) business days and you will receive an email on your claim status.
· Submission of receipt for this promotion needs to be done within 3 days from the date of purchase.
D. If your entry receipt is deemed eligible, you will receive an email confirming your successful entry to the Promotion and there will be instructions on how to claim the Hotel Cash Vouchers (2xRM100).
E. If your entry receipt is deemed ineligible, you will receive an email confirming your unsuccessful entry to the Promotion with the reasons why your entry did not go through.
3. What product(s) should I purchase with Lotus’s to be able to participate in the promotion?
In order to qualify, you are required to spend RM200 & above in a single receipt from any participating Lotus’s stores or Lotus’s Shop Online within the promotional period.
4. Where can I purchase the qualifying product(s) in order to participate in this promotion?
This promotion is valid at all Lotus’s Stores nationwide and please refer to our website at https://corp.lotuss.com.my/stores for the store list.
5. Who can qualify in this promotion?
This Promotion is only open to Lotus’s customers aged 18 years and over, who remain residents of Malaysia for the duration of the Promotional Period. The Promotion is only applicable for customers who spend RM200 & above in a single receipt from any Lotus’s stores and Lotus’s Shop Online.
6. Who cannot qualify in this promotion?
This Promotion is not applicable to wholesale purchases from distributors and/or traders and any other online platforms, including but not limited to Grab, FoodPanda, Lazada, Shopee, MyKasih etc.
7. When does the Promotion start and end?
The promotional period begins on 17 October, 2024 at 12:00 A.M. and ends on 31 December, 2024 at 11:59 P.M.
8 . How many times can I participate in this promotion?
Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once if you spent up to the qualifying amount of RM200 within the promotional period. However, each customer is limited to a maximum of three (3) entries only throughout the promotional period.
9. How will my receipt be validated?
Once you have successfully uploaded your receipt on the respective participation form, TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte our organizer’s Customer Support team will review the official receipt within five (5) business days. For reference, a valid entry should meet all requirements:
1. Legible text - all text on the receipt must be clear.
2. Date of purchase - must be between 12.01am 17/10/2024 to 11.59pm 31/12/2024.
3. Spend RM200 in a single receipt at Lotus’s Stores or Lotus’s Shop Online.
4. Key in valid transaction number / order number as shown on your receipt.
5. Submit your receipt within 3 days from the date of purchase.
10. How will I know if my entry was successful or unsuccessful?
Upon entry submission, you will receive an email to confirm your participation. TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte our organizer’s Customer Support team will validate your receipt within the next five (5) business days.
If your entry is successful, you will receive the Travel Credits URL and Username and Pin login details to access https://en-my.travelcredits.com/profile.php. If your entry is unsuccessful, you will be notified on your illegible entry.

11. What constitutes to an unsuccessful entry?
If your entry is unsuccessful, it could mean a few things. In order for your entry to be successful, a valid entry should meet all requirements:
1. Legible text - all text on the receipt must be clear.
2. Date of purchase - must be between 12.01am 17/10/2024 to 11.59pm 31/12/2024.
3. Spend RM200 in a single receipt at Lotus’s Stores or Lotus’s Shop Online.
4. Key in valid transaction number / order number as shown on your receipt.
5. Submit your receipt within 3 days from the date of purchase.
12. What is the reward?
For every successful entry, you will receive the reward in the form of 2x RM100 denomination of Hotel Cash vouchers, to be applied as discounts on hotels via the Travel Credits website https://en-my.travelcredits.com/profile.php. There is no minimum spend required to use the hotel cash vouchers. However, the hotel cash vouchers are non-stackable and cannot be used or combined with any other promotion.
13. How will I receive my Hotel Cash vouchers?
Your Hotel Cash vouchers will come in the form of Username and Pin codes (2x RM100), sent to your email. You will receive the Travel Credits URL and 2x sets of Username and Pin login to access the hotel booking website at https://en-my.travelcredits.com/profile.php, Once logged in, you will be able to view and use each RM100 voucher at payment checkout.
14. How long are the Hotel Vouchers valid for?
The Hotel Cash vouchers are valid for 3-months, from the date of issuance. All redemptions must be made within this validity period, after which it will be forfeited.
15. Do I need to retain my Lotus’s receipt (proof of purchase)?
It is mandatory to retain or withhold the physical receipt or a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase, as we may require it to verify your purchase and entry, should you come across any issues.
16. Can I exchange my reward?
No, your reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards. Reward cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to a different party in any other manner and/ or sale or resale.
17. What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?
If you have misplaced your Travel Credits login detail or Travel Cash, kindly contact our promotional helpline at contact@belibelicuticuti.com or give us a call at +60 154 600 0047 between 9:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and Malaysia public holidays).

18. What happens if my contact details have changed during the promotion?
